PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Investigators were called to the scene of a reported shooting in Port Arthur late Wednesday night.
Police have placed crime tape around a scene at Prince Hall Village Apartments in the 900 block of W. 14th Street.
Police are working to find out exactly what happened.
