We don't claim that this list is in any way a complete representation of all the happenings in Southeast Texas this weekend but it's a list of a few to get ya started!

Sundown Summer Concert- POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER, FUTURE DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED
- Featuring live music from local soul group, Hot Grits
- Downtown Event Centre, 700 Crockett St, Beaumont, TX.
- 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- FREE Admission
- The Sundown Concert is the perfect opportunity to enjoy skyline views of Downtown Beaumont while overlooking the beautiful Event Centre Lake.
- Families are encouraged to picnic around the lake, enjoy the playground, visit the resident ducks and enjoy live music as the sun sets on our great city.

- Adults: $6, Kids under 12: $4
- Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at the Beaumont Civic Center box office or online.
If tickets are still available, you will be able to purchase them at the door the day of the movie starting at 5:00pm. Seating is general admission. - Concessions are available for purchase.
Friday, July 12
- Dishman Art Gallery at Lamar University, 1030 East Lavaca St, Beaumont, TX

- The public is invited to an opening reception at the Dishman Art Museum for KVLU: Rewind…In Pictures. This pop-up exhibit features archival photographs and memorabilia that highlight the early days (and people) of KVLU long before computer automation, digital media and internet streaming.
