Interstate 10 reopened following Louisiana crash involving overturned crane

The crash backed up traffic at the Texas-Louisiana border for hours.

LOUISIANA, USA — Interstate 10 at the Texas-Louisiana border has been reopened after a Louisiana wreck backed up traffic for hours. 

Eastbound traffic to Louisiana was being routed to Highway 12 due to a wreck that involved an overturned crane in southwest Louisiana along Interstate 10.

From a Texas Department of Public Safety release:  

UPDATE: Interstate 10 has been re-opened following a crash in Louisiana.

ORANGE COUNTY TRAFFIC ALERT | Eastbound traffic to Louisiana continues to be routed to Highway 12 as a wreck from this morning involving an overturned crane is cleared in SW Louisiana along IH-10. Louisiana State Police say the interstate will be closed until "late this afternoon."
