None injured after US Postal Service vehicle catches fire following Saturday accident

Firefighters believe the driver ran off the road, running over two pole mounted road reflectors.

JASPER COUNTY, Texas — No one was injured and a United States Postal Service delivery truck was destroyed after single-vehicle accident. 

It happened on Saturday. Firefighters with the Beech Grove Volunteer Fire Department responded to CR 323 after learning about a single-vehicle accident.

The accident involved a United States Postal Service delivery truck. 

Firefighters believe the driver went off the road and ran over two pole mounted road reflectors. Shortly after, the vehicle stopped and caught on fire. 

The driver of the vehicle escaped, and no injuries were reported, according to the release.

Currently on the scene of a single vehicle accident on CR 323 involving a United States Postal Service delivery vehicle.  The driver ran off the road, running over 2 pole mounted road reflectors.  Shortly after the vehicle came to a stop, it caught on fire.  The driver escaped and is not injured.
