ORANGE, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal crash that happened in Orange late Friday night.
DPS arrived at Tulane Road, at the intersection of Harmon Road, on Friday, October 25.
DPS says the preliminary crash investigation indicates that at around 10:30 p.m., a Dodge Caravan was traveling west.
The driver reportedly then failed to handle a turn which caused them to veer off the road and into the ditch, there they struck a concrete culver and flipped the vehicle.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by a Justice of the Peace.
No information has been released on the driver yet according to the DPS.
