PORT ARTHUR — The Port Arthur Memorial High School Titans are in search of an alternative football stadium to play its upcoming 2018 home games at after a structure has been deemed unsafe at Memorial Stadium.
Head football coach Brian Morgan said that nothing is wrong with the field or actual press box, but the wooden beams on the walkway leading to the press box need to be replaced.
Coach Morgan also added that they are actively looking for an alternative stadium to host its home games, and that decision should be finalized within the next week.
The Titans were scheduled to host five regular season home games at Memorial Stadium--the first of those taking place on Friday, August 31, 2018 against Deer Park High School.
