Earl Thomas made his feelings about his current contract known when he held out from mandatory minicamp with the Seattle Seahawks.
With training camp a week away, the star safety is renewing his push for a resolution.
In an Instagram post Monday, Thomas said he either wants to be given a contract extension or traded to another team.
"Always been the underdog ain’t nothing new," Thomas wrote. "Extend .....if you don’t want me let’s make a trade happen I understand it’s a bizz"

Thomas, 29, is entering the final season of a four-year, $40 million contract. He said in June he wanted to "remain a Seahawk" for the rest of his career but that he was seeking "certainty" for the future, declaring he would not participate in any team activities until the matter was resolved.
The seven-time Pro Bowl selection was a second-team all-pro pick last season after returning from a broken leg suffered the previous year.
The Cowboys have been speculated to be a potential landing spot for the Orange, Texas, native after he was heard telling coach Jason Garrett after the Seahawks' Christmas Eve win last year, "If y’all have a chance, come get me.”
“I didn’t literally mean, like, ‘Come get me now,’ “ Thomas told reporters after the game. “I’m still in the prime of my career. I still want to be here. But when Seattle kicks me to the curb, ‘Please, Cowboys, come and get me.’ This is the only other place I’d rather be, if I get kicked to the curb.”
