WINNIE, Texas — It's a busy time of the year with high school basketball and soccer seasons crossing over.
The headliner of Tuesday night had a battle of Top 20 boys basketball teams with 13th ranked Orangefield traveling to Winnie to face No. 16 East Chambers.
After the teams were deadlocked at halftime, the Runnin' Bucs went on a 17-3 run to take control on the way to a 62-48 win.
East Chambers moves to (22-3, 4-0) while Orangefield slips to (18-6, 3-1).
