BEAUMONT, Texas — With another soggy Friday a possibility, many area schools decided to move their games up to Thursday while others have pushed up their kickoff times Friday evening.

This week's "Game of the Week" features Silsbee High School at Jasper high school.
Longtime rivals Jasper and Silsbee will meet for the first time since 2017 Friday night in the 409Sports Blitz Game of The Week and the stakes couldn't be higher.
The District 9-4A-DII Championship will be on the line when the undefeated Tigers visit the Bulldogs.
The series, that dates back to 1922, is led by Jasper 43-33-2.
