SILSBEE, Texas — Silsbee High School had four student-athletes sign letters of intent to play college football this fall.
The players who went on so sign include:
- Ashton Cartwright, headed to play at Arkansas Tech.
- LeMarcus Bottley, headed to Hardin-Simmons University.
- Xander Horton, headed to Navarro College.
- Garry White, headed to East Texas Baptist University (ETBU).
With these four athletes, the Silsbee Tigers now have seven players from their 2023 football team headed to play at the next level.
So, for Silsbee to have seven of their student-athletes continue playing at the collegiate level is something to be proud of if you're Silsbee Head Coach Randy Smith.
