ROSE CITY, Texas — The Texas Rangers have opened an investigation into the operations of Rose City.
An active investigation has started, Rose City Marshal Jim Bost confirmed to 12News. Bost would not elaborate on what what being investigated. 12News asked Bost if any city funds were missing, but he said he could not comment on that.
