A Jasper youth pastor is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of marijuana.
According to police, Dwight Bullock, a youth minister at Moore Chapel CME Church in Jasper, was arrested Friday by Jasper police. Officers executed a search warrant at his house based on allegations of a crime against children. Police found drugs at his house during the search.
A jail spokesperson has confirmed to 12 News Bullock is free on $51,000 bond.

NEWS RELEASE FROM THE JASPER POLICE DEPARTMENT
a Jasper man, Dwight L. Bullock, was arrested on 3/19/2010 after Detectives with the Jasper Police Department went to Bullock's home at 1650 South Bowie Street with a search warrant. The initial investigation began after it was reported to Police that Bullock had sexually assaulted multiple children in Jasper. Following the residential search by Detectives, Bullock was arrested for Possession of Marihuana. The search revealed several items that are being examined further at this time.
Bullock was booked into the Jasper Municipal Jail on 3/19/2010 for Possession of Marihuana. Later that evening an arrest warrant was obtained on Bullock for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Detectives are requesting that any parents of children who have had contact with Bullock contact Detective Richard Going if they believe it might be possible that their children had any inappropriate contact with Bullock.
