Amanda Guidry sat down with her court appointed attorney Jimmy Hamm today for the first time.
Guidry is the Kountze mother charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury related to the death of her daughter, four year old Breonna Loftin.
Guidry's boyfriend Jason Delecerda has admitted to the abuse, while Guidry admits to not reporting the abuse.
Hamm believes his client could also be a victim in this case.
