Missing Kirbyville teen found in South Dakota

Madison is currently being held at a detention center until her mother can pick her up.

KIRBYVILLE, Texas — The missing Kirbyville teen has been found in South Dakota. 

Madison Susannah Rose Middleton, 17, of Kirbyville was last seen 5 days ago at her home in Kirbyville. She left that evening to go to a friend's house, according to the Jasper County Sheriff's Office news release. 

However, Middleton was suspected to be with a man who's first name is Brandon, who is known to be in the Crosby and Huffman area. They were suspected of traveling in a black SUV, according to the release. 

His last name is still unknown at this time. 

Madison is being currently held at a detention center in South Dakota waiting for her mother, Amber Thomas of Kirbyville to pick her up, according to Rachel Middleton, Madison's aunt said.
