Nederland Police said he turned himself in at the police station.

Detectives questioned him, then charged him with one count of murder.  His bond was set at $250,000.

Investigators said Miller was found with a gunshot wound to his back on May 29 at the complex in the 1300 block of North Twin City Hwy.

"It's not a place where we normally have homicides,"Nederland Police Chief Gary Porter previously told 12News. "We had one last year. Before that, I think it has been about five years since we had a homicide. Just the fact that we had one in the Mid County is a huge deal."
