BEAUMONT, Texas — Detectives are investigating the death of a Beaumont transient who was found dead Wednesday at a park.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., officers reported to Central Park, commonly referred to as the Imagination Station. It’s located at 640 South 4th Street and Fannin Street.
A spokesperson with Beaumont Police told 12News detectives believe the woman was living at the public park.
The cause of death and the identity of the woman has not been revealed by the police.
An autopsy has been ordered and foul play is not suspected, police said.
