PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Port Arthur Water Utility crews are repairing a water main break in the 2100 block of 12th Avenue.
This outage may affect all residents from 10th Avenue to Snider Avenue between Meadow Street and Dryden Ave on Thursday, November 23, 2023.
Residents can expect low water pressure and possible periodic loss of service which may take up to 5 hours.
