PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Water Utility crews are repairing a water main break on Proctor Street in Port Arthur.
The Port Arthur Water Utility Department sent crews on Friday, December 29, 2023 to the 1700 block of Proctor Street to repair a water main break.
They say the outage may affect all residents and businesses from Memphis Avenue to Liberty Avenue, between 5th Street to Lakeshore Drive for about 8 hours.
