PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Port Arthur Water Utility is currently working to repair a water main break in the 4100 block of Sequoia Avenue late Tuesday morning.
City officials say that the water outage may affect all residents and businesses from Everglade Avenue to Memorial Boulevard between 39th Street and Big Bend Avenue for about six hours.
