Vacant housefire keeps firefighters busy Thursday morning in Rose City

The fire happened in the 700 block of Azelea St.

ROSE CITY, Texas — A fire in a vacant house kept firefighters busy Thursday morning in Rose City.

The fire destroyed the vacant house that neighbors tell 12News was being used for storage.

The fire happened in the 700 block of Azelea St in Rose City.

Firefighters from Orange County Emergency Services District One responded and put the flames out.

No injuries were reported.
