PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Highway 73 to Labelle Road is now reopened after smoke caused poor visibility Saturday morning.
Smoke from wildfires were causing traffic problems, prompting the road closure.
Texas Highway 73 in Port Arthur was shut down to Labelle Road just after 1 a.m. due to heavy smoke according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Facebook post.
