LAKE CHARLES, La. — President Trump is set to visit Lake Charles, Louisiana on Friday to hold a campaign rally.
The October 11 rally will be held at the James E. Sudduth Coliseum at 900 Lakeshore Dr. at 7 p.m.
Attendees may only register for up to two tickets per mobile phone number for the event according to the campaign website.
All tickets are subject to first come first serve basis.
Trump tweeted Sunday to say he would be "Going to Louisiana on Friday night for a big Republican Rally," ahead of the Louisiana governor's election on Saturday, October 12.
Voters will choose to vote for either incumbent Governor John Bel Edwards, or challengers Eddie Rispone or congressman Ralph Abraham.
Abraham tweeted Sunday, "My friend President @realDonaldTrump will be holding a rally in Lake Charles on Friday to help us defeat John Bel Edwards. Let's give him the big Louisiana welcome he deserves."
