BEAUMONT, Texas — 12News is working to learn more about why almost 5,000 customers were without power in Beaumont for several hours Wednesday night.
An Entergy spokesperson said the outages are caused by an issue at a substation.
According to Entergy's outage map, majority of those without power were located in west Beaumont. By 4 a.m. Thursday morning, power was restored to most if not all residents.
