BEAUMONT, Texas — Beaumont Police are continuing to search for a 66-year-old Beaumont woman who has been missing for for a week and a half.
Linda Rogers, 66, of Beaumont, was last seen on Sunday evening, May 12, 2024, at about 7:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Concord Rd, according to police.
A silver alert was issued for her as police say she is designated as a "critical missing person."
On May 28, the Silver Alert was discontinued, but police are still searching for Rogers.
Police believe that Rogers, who has been diagnosed with a "diminished mental capacity," may be with staying with a friend.
Rogers is a black woman, who is about 5' 4" tall, weighs about 220 pounds and has black hair styled in a small afro, police said.
Police said she may be confused and ask that anyone who knows where she may be call them.
If you see her, they ask that you keep her in sight and call 911.
