ORANGE COUNTY, Texas — A mobile home has been deemed a total loss and two other homes were damaged after a fire in Orange County.
Orange County ESD #1, #2, #3 and the Pinehurst Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Captain Kelley Moore with Orange County ESD #4 tells 12News the fire started as a trash fire that was left unattended and got out of control.
The fire spread to a mobile home that is now considered a total loss.
Moore says heat from the fire damaged two homes nearby.
The fire remains under investigation.
Orange County is not currently under a burn ban.
