SABINE PASS, Texas — A man was rescued after falling off his boat in the Port Arthur Ship Channel.
On Monday, around 9 a.m. 911 dispatch got a call about a boat in the Port Arthur Ship Channel in Sabine Pass that was going in a circle with no one on board.
The U.S. Coast guard was able to stop the boat and tow it to a ramp in Sabine Pass.
The Coast Guard learned that the boater fell into the water after his boat hit a wake from a large ship. He was rescued by a tugboat uninjured.
