PORT NECHES, Texas — A 46-year-old man was killed in a heavy equipment accident at the Sterling Shipyard in Port Neches.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating the fatal incident that occurred at 906 Main St.
Justice of the Peace Ben Collins ordered an autopsy. The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
