BEAUMONT, Texas — Most roads have reopened after Imelda brought damaging floodwaters to Southeast Texas, closing roads and stranding some drivers.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says State Highway 73 is now fully open from Port Arthur to Winnie.
Both FM 365 as well as Highway 124 reopened Tuesday.
