Houston hospital needs public's help in finding family of patient transported from Beaumont

Hospital reps say the patient was admitted to Memorial Hermann-TMC on Dec. 3, 2023 after being flown by Life Flight from Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

BEAUMONT, Texas — Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center is asking the public's help in identifying a man flown by medical helicopter from Beaumont in early December. 

Hospital representatives say the patient was admitted to Memorial Hermann-TMC on Dec. 3, 2023 after being flown by Life Flight from Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. 

The patient is a Black man around 63 years of age. 

He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds. He has brown eyes, with gray hair and a gray beard. 

Hospital reps say the patient had no identification or other identifying items in his possession. 

Anyone who knows who this patient is, is encouraged to contact Memorial Hermann-TMC at (713) 704-2556 or 713-704-2543.

Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center is seeking urgent help to locate the family of a patient. The patient appears to be a Black man, approximately 63-years-old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 125 pounds. He has brown eyes, with gray hair and a gray beard. The patient was admitted to Memorial Hermann–TMC on December 3rd after being flown in by Memorial Hermann Life Flight® from Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. He had no identification or other identifying items in his possession. Anyone who has knowledge of this patient is encouraged to contact Memorial Hermann-TMC at (713) 704-2556 or 713-704-2543.
