HARDIN COUNTY, Texas — Hardin County residents will now have a recovery center to go to after a disaster.
This recovery center provides help to Texans affected by the severe storms, tornadoes, flooding and straight-line winds that began on April 26, 2024.
The center will be at the Hardin County Courthouse Annex located at 1135 Redwood St., Kountze. It will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Residents of Hardin County can visit the center to meet with representatives of FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
They do not need to schedule an appointment.
