PORT ARTHUR, Texas — If you haven't learned CPR here's your chance to learn to save a life.
The Port Arthur Fire Department is offering an American Heart Association CPR class that will get you certified in the life-saving skill according to a news release from the city.
Class participants who complete the four-hour course will receive an AHA Heartsaver CPR certification card via email.

Normally the certification would cost $17 but the Port Arthur Fire Department will pay the fee for participants the release said.
Class size is limited to 12 due to AHA requirements so you should sign up as soon as possible.
The class will be held from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2023 in the Bob Bower Civic Center at 3401 Cultural Center Dr. in Port Arthur.
