City of Port Arthur names new interim city manager

Rebecca Underhill was appointed Interim Port Arthur City Manager April 15, effective immediately.

PORT ARTHUR, Texas — The City of Port Arthur named a new interim city manager Monday afternoon. 

Rebecca Underhill was been appointed Interim Port Arthur City Manager April 15, effective immediately. 

Her salary is $175,000 per year plus a $600 car allowance. Underhill is a CPA, according to her LinkedIn profile

She is replacing Harvey Robinson, who has been the interim city manager for about 17 months. Robinson replaced Brian McDougal, who resigned in 2017.
