JASPER COUNTY, Texas — A burn ban has been issued Saturday for Jasper County.
The ban goes into effect immediately and will last for the next seven days according to Jasper County Judge Mark Allen.
Jasper County is in “eminent threat of widespread or severe damage, loss of life or property, resulting from countywide drought conditions,” according to Allen.
