BEAUMONT — Beaumont Police are investigating after a man's body was found in a drainage ditch off of Washington Blvd. near Interstate 10 Wednesday morning.
Police were called just before 9 a.m. when a caller reported seeing the body in the water in the drainage ditch.
The man's body was pulled from the water on the edge of the ditch just south of Washington Blvd just behind the parking lot at Floyd's Cajun Seafood & Texas Steakhouse.
Firefighters with Beaumont Fire/Rescue also responded to the scene.
