BEAUMONT, Texas — Chancia Gums, who was reported missing on June 10 has been located, according to an update from Beaumont police.
She was found safe and is now back with family.
Beaumont police asked the public for any information that could help locate the missing 23-year-old woman.
Police were searching for Chancia Leshae Gums, of Beaumont who was last seen on June 1.
Family members reported Gums missing on June 10 after not being able to locate or get in contact with her.
Beaumont detectives spoke to a witness who last saw Gums in the 2800 block of Driftwood Ln. getting into a white car.
The make, model and license plate number of the vehicle are currently unknown.
Police asked that if anyone saw or had verbal, physical or social media contact with Gums since June 1 to contact the Beaumont Police Department.
"Thanks to all who provided tips on where she could possibly be found," said Beaumont Police Department in an update.
