BEAUMONT, Texas — If you're interested in making extra cash this summer, the City of Beaumont has opened their applications for summer job positions.
Applicants are required to have completed 10th grade for some positions, according to a release from the city.
Some available positions include:
- Golf Course Aide at the Henry Homberg Golf Course with a starting rate of $10
- Beverage Cart Attendants at the Henry Homberg Golf Course with a starting rate of $10
- Pool Maintenance Laborer, starting at $10
- Recreation Aide, starting at $10
- Life Guard, starting at $12
For those interested in the lifeguard position, if you are not Lifeguard/Red Cross certified, you must complete the Lifeguard/Red Cross certification training provided by the city.
