Dannarriah Finley would have celebrated her sweet sixteen birthday on July 22nd, but she was killed at the age of four.
It was 11 years ago today, on July 4, 2002, that the girl was taken from her home in Orange.
Four days later, her body was found on Pleasure Island.
FBI agent Anne Figueiras says she's convinced that her agency pinpointed the right suspect, but no arrest has been made.
She says the FBI investigated, but that it's a state case, so it's up to the Orange County District Attorney's office to prosecute.
In past interviews, DA John Kimbrough has said the case remains open, and is not at the point to take to a courtroom.
Figueiras says she thinks about this case every anniversary. She says it's sad and a shame that there's been no justice for Dannarriah, and no one's been held accountable.
Figueiras says this case is solvable.
