BEAUMONT, Texas — A man and woman wounded at a north Beaumont club are refusing to file charges after an early Sunday morning shooting there.
Beaumont Police officers were sent to the End Zone at 3430 Concord Rd. at about 1:30 a.m. after a shooting was reported according to a news release from police.
When they arrived, officers found a woman with a gunshot wound according to the release.
Officers were still at the club when police were notified that a man with a gunshot wound had shown up in a vehicle at a Beaumont hospital.
Both the woman found at the club and the man at the hospital told police they had been inside the End Zone when someone in the crowd fired shots according to the release. Both the woman and the man told police they would not file charges in the shooting.
This incident takes place just one week after a prior shooting at the same address which put a man in critical condition.
Their injuries were not life-threatening according to police.
