Constable asking for help after video catches woman dumping two dogs, bag of used diapers along Newton County road

NEWTON COUNTY, Texas — Newton County Constable Howie Wonders is asking for help identifying a vehicle after dogs and trash were dumped in the county.

Constable Wonders released a picture of a car. He told 12News the picture comes from surveillance video that showed a woman dumping two live dogs and a large bag of used diapers along a residential county road. 

"If you are the owner of this vehicle, contact me before someone else does," Constable Wonders said in a Tuesday Facebook post. 

Anyone who can identify the owner of the vehicle please contact is asked to call the constable's office at 409-224-9454.
