BEAUMONT, Texas — Jury selection began Monday for a man charged with continuous aggravated sexual abuse of a child under 14.
Derrick Eaglin is expected to begin his trial with testimony tomorrow, September 24 before the 252nd District Court, with the Honorable Raquel West presiding.
Eaglin was first indicted on April 26, 2023.
Eaglin is represented by Thomas Burbank and the prosecution is Preston Hoffpauir.
