BEAUMONT, Texas — Three men arrested in connection with a February homicide in Beaumont have been indicted.
Jared Bias, John Cloud and Michael Corbin were indicted on Wednesday on charges of murder in the death of Desmond Nixon last month according to court documents.
12News previously reported the shooting occurred in the 5800 block of Picadilly Lane in Beaumont's north end about 11:51 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27.

An autopsy report determined Nixon died of multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen and chest according to a probable cause affidavit.
The manner of death was ruled homicide following the autopsy according to the document.
Nixon was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital where he was pronounced dead according to the affidavit. The document says an eye witness identified the suspects as being involved in the murder.
The eyewitness stated all three suspects arrived at the home on Picadilly Lane and a disturbance happened inside according to the document.
The witness said Corbin shot Nixon multiple times and that all three men left the scene according to the affidavit.
