Port Neches Police are asking for the public's help to identify two ATM robbery suspects

Camera surveillance shows a red Dodge Ram pickup drive up to the ATM at Mid-County Teachers Credit Union.

PORT NECHES, Texas — The Port Neches Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify two suspects who police say attempted to rob an ATM.

On September 17, 2023 a Port Neches officer saw that the front screen and camera on the ATM were spray painted black. He also noticed damage to the ATM door. It had been partially pried open, but no access was gained.

Camera surveillance shows a red Dodge Ram pickup drive up to the ATM at Mid-County Teachers Credit Union. Two men were inside the truck, according to Port Neches Police.

The driver was wearing a black ski mask. He stepped out of the vehicle and spray painted the ATM. He attempted to pry the ATM door open, but was unsuccessful. Then, the vehicle leaves the premises.
