PORT ARTHUR, Texas — A Port Arthur man has been sentenced for sex crimes against a child.
Eric Wade Wisenbaker, 36, was originally charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child in 2021.
On Monday, he went before Judge John Stevens and plea guilty to a lesser charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Wisenbaker was sentenced to 25 years per the plea agreement and will be required to register as a sex offender.
