ORANGE, Texas — Orange Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect accused of robbing an area gas station while armed with a gun.
It happened Saturday, February 18, 2023. Orange Police Department patrol officers responded to an Exxon gas station located in the 6800 block of FM 1130 after receiving a call about a robbery shortly before 7:30 a.m..
The suspect left before officers arrived, according to an Orange Police Department release.
Police were not able to find him. The suspect had a handgun and stole money and items from the gas station.
The suspect is described as a man who wore white shoes, gray sweatpants, a gray hoodie, and a red face mask during the robbery. Police believe the hoodie has a picture on the front that shows a man standing next to a turquoise car with words written above it.
The investigation is ongoing.

On February 18, 2023, at 7:21 AM, Patrol Officers with the Orange Police Department were dispatched to an Exxon gas station in the 6800 block of FM 1130 in reference to a robbery. The suspect left prior to the Officers arrival, and they were unable to locate him. The suspect was a male who wore white shoes, grey sweatpants, a grey hoodie, and a red face mask. The hoodie appears to have a picture on the front, which shows a male standing next to a turquoise car with words written above it. The suspect carried and displayed a handgun and stole money and merchandise during the robbery. The investigation is on-going.
