BEAUMONT, Texas — A 33-year-old Beaumont man was killed after being hit by a car late Thursday night in Port Arthur.
Kane Cole Adams, 33, of Beaumont, died after being struck by a vehicle U.S. Highway 69 near Jimmy Johnson Boulevard and Memorial Blvd.
The accident forced the shutdown of both the North and Southbound lanes of the highway.
It's unclear at the moment how many cars were involved at this time.
