PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Robert Scott, 23 of Port Arthur is dead after a shooting in Port Arthur following a disturbance.
Scott died at St. Elizabeth Hospital ER from the gunshot wounds, according to Judge Ben Collins.
Two other men were also shot in the same disturbance. Both were admitted to the hospital. One is on life support and the other is recovering, Collins told 12News.
An autopsy has been ordered by Collins.
The Port Arthur Police Department say's that they have identified a suspect but no arrests have been made yet.
