The January 21 robbery involved two other people. Prosecutors told 12News one was a minor, and the third was never identified.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the clerk was hit in the face with the gun. Prosecutors say Judge is the one who assaulted the clerk. The document says the three took cash and cigarettes.

It was a Crime Stoppers tip that led to Judge's arrest, according to a release from Beaumont Police in January.

The affidavit says the store clerk was taken to Beaumont Police Department, where he was shown a photo lineup that included six photos. He was able to positively identify Judge as the suspect carrying the handgun according to the document.
