ORANGEFIELD, Texas — Orange County Deputies are continuing to investigate the death of a 45-year-old Groves man in an incident over the weekend.
Kevin Adam Swarers, 45, of Groves, died following the incident which happened Saturday evening just west of Orangefield in the 12000 block of FM 105, according to the sheriff's office.
Currently no charges have been filed in what deputies are only describing as an incident pending the outcome of the investigation.
Deputies previously described the incident to 12News as an altercation.
