Lumberton Police say third suspect identified in Silsbee aggravated robbery, two arrested

Chief Danny Sullins said officers recovered two pistols and are looking for an AK-47

LUMBERTON, Texas — Officials say they've identified a third suspect and arrested two others following an aggravated robbery in Silsbee Thursday afternoon.  

A chase started in Silsbee and ended with Lumberton Police searching for a suspect near the Village Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing Home off of Hwy. 96. 

Officers say an individual was robbed, and law enforcement chased the suspects to Lumberton before they fled the car. 

Lumberton Police Chief Danny Sullins told 12News two pistols have been recovered by police, and officers are looking for an AK-47 used in the robbery.

The search is being called off for now according to officers on scene. K9 Officer Leroy was able to find two of the three suspects.
