HOUSTON – Police are searching for a pair of suspects who they say used a forklift to steal a cashbox from an ATM at a bank drive-thru early Wednesday.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers were dispatched at 4 a.m. to the Wells Fargo bank located in the 12200 block of the Northwest Freeway.
The security monitor witnessed two males, wearing hoodies, drive an industrial forklift up to a drive-thru ATM. They then used the forklift tear the ATM from the ground and stole the cashbox inside.
Police said they then loaded it into a white or yellow box truck. The suspects have not been found.
